Troubleshooting tips:
- Ensure user is adding @bcps.org at the end of the username.
- Ensure the user is in CHROME.
- Ensure the user has clicked the grey Sign-in with Microsoft button.
- If problem continues to persist, go to portal.office.com and log out – close all browser windows.
- Open a new CHROME browser and go to: https://baltimore.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/
- Click sign in with Microsoft button
- Enter bcps credentials
- Ensure school employees are not signing into their own instances of Focus but using their student’s credentials.
- Clear cache in browser.
Device Issues-
Breaks, Key Malfunctions, Cracked Screen, or Blank Screens
- If you are experiencing any technical difficulties with your BCPS issued device, please contact the help desk by doing the following: 1. Inform your teacher to receive assistance in putting in a ticket
2. call 443-809-4672 Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:15pm
- The Help Desk will direct you on how to swap out your child's device if needed.
